Privacy Policy
Voltari Studio games · Last updated: September 22, 2026
This policy explains how Voltari Studio handles information in our games, including Blade & Banner, Mob Dynasty, Neonaut and Bastionveil.
Blade & Banner and Google Play Games
Signing in to Google Play Games is optional. If you sign in, Blade & Banner uses Google Play Games Services to provide cloud saves, achievements and leaderboards.
The game may receive your Play Games player identifier, display name and profile image, and may send game progress, saved-game data, achievement progress and leaderboard scores to Google Play Games. We use this information only to authenticate your Play Games profile, synchronize your progress, display achievements and rankings, and provide support when you ask for it. We do not use Google user data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Information handled by our games
- Game data: progress, settings, inventory, unlocks, scores and gameplay statistics. Most game data is stored locally. Where a cloud-save feature is enabled, a copy may be stored with the relevant platform provider.
- Account and service identifiers: platform player identifiers and an anonymous Firebase identifier where needed for sign-in, cloud features, globally single-use promotional codes or abuse prevention.
- Diagnostics and analytics: app version, device type, approximate region, gameplay events, crashes and performance information used to operate and improve the games.
- Advertising information: consent choices, a resettable advertising identifier and ad interaction information may be processed by advertising providers to deliver, measure and protect ads.
- Purchase information: product identifiers, transaction tokens and entitlement status needed to grant and restore purchases. Payment-card details are handled by the store and are not received by Voltari Studio.
- Support communications: your email address and the information you choose to send when you contact us.
Why we use information
We use information to run requested game features, save progress, provide rankings and achievements, deliver purchases and rewards, prevent fraud and duplicate claims, diagnose problems, understand game performance, comply with legal obligations and respond to support requests.
Service providers
Depending on the game and features you use, information may be processed by Google Play Games, Google Play Billing, Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, Google AdMob and its mediation partners, Unity Ads, and Meta app-events services. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.
Choices and controls
- You can play the core Blade & Banner experience without signing in to Google Play Games. Online rankings, achievements and cloud synchronization require sign-in and an internet connection.
- You can manage Play Games access and connected-app permissions in your Google Account and Play Games settings.
- You can change advertising consent choices from the in-game privacy options where available, and reset or limit the advertising identifier from Android settings.
- You can reset local game progress from the game settings. Removing cloud or platform data may also require using the relevant platform controls or contacting us.
Retention and security
Local data remains on your device until it is reset, cleared or the game is removed. Cloud, leaderboard, purchase and support records are retained only as long as needed to provide the relevant feature, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Children
Our games do not ask players to provide a real name, age, postal address or phone number in the game. Parents or guardians may contact us about a child’s information or available privacy controls.
International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, they use legal safeguards for international transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our games, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
